Payment Methods
All prices quoted are in U.S. funds. The AutoXray Online Store accepts VISA and MasterCard. Orders are normally shipped the same day your card is charged, but occasionally, items may be out of stock, which will result in a delay. We are able to cancel orders that have not already shipped, at customer request. If you ask us to cancel your order, we will either reverse or cancel the charge on your credit card. If you would rather pay by check or money order, please call 1-800-595-9729 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Sales Tax
AutoXray is located in Cleveland, Ohio USA. We are required to collect 8% state sales tax on all orders shipped within Ohio.
Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping method within the continental U.S. (except Alaska) is UPS Ground. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3-Day delivery are also available for an additional charge. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are normally shipped UPS 2nd Day Air.
Shipping charges within the U.S. and Puerto Rico are flat rate per order, regardless of the number of items purchased. Please refer to the table below for details. Freight, duty and tax on Canadian orders will be quoted based on weight, carrier and destination.

Shipping Policy
In-stock finished good orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Orders for replacement parts will normally be shipped within 3 business days of receipt, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Order Tracking
When we receive and process your order, we'll send you a confirming email. At that time you'll receive an order number to which you should refer if you need to contact us about your order. When your order ships, we'll send you a second email notifying you of the ship date and UPS tracking number.
Canceling an order
If you change your mind after you've submitted your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If you've already received your order number, be sure to reference it in your correspondence.

Return Policy
Products purchased from the AutoXray Online Store carry an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return freight back to AutoXray. Purchases made online can only be returned by shipping them back to our distribution center. Contact us for an RMA# before returning merchandise. Your local AutoXray retailer cannot accept returns of merchandise purchased from the AutoXray Online Store.
Product Warranty
All AutoXray products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the user with proof of purchase. Certain AutoXray products carry two or three year warranties as specified in the product specifications.
During this period AutoXray will repair or replace (at our discretion) any unit found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been subjected to abuse, negligence, misuse, accident or which has been altered other than by AutoXray's express consent and instruction.
